SHIPPING POLICY
International shipping will take about 10 to 24 business days, it will vary depending on the customs clearance. DECOHAUS is not liable for any additional custom clearance charges.

For Singapore local shipping:

Flat rate of SGD15 for orders below SGD150 islandwide excluding Tuas and Sentosa Island.

Orders will be delivered 3-5 business days by our local courier team.

Tuas and Sentosa Island areas have a surcharge of SGD15

Orders for SGD150 and above will be eligible for free shipping.

You can also pick up your items at our warehouse at no additional cost. Please keep in mind of our business operating hours.
We are located at 65 Sims Avenue Yi Xiu Factory Building #04-11, give us a call or drop us an e-mail 2 business days in advanced before coming down to collect so that we can prepare and pack your products.
RETURN POLICY
We guarantee that all our home ware products are of new and in pristine condition. Some of the items may appear different as they are all handcrafted. We make sure that we do quality checks before sending them out to you, therefore returns and exchanges are not allowed for all our products.
